Yesterday I got to photograph Simple Minds, a band I love and followed through all those years. Geee they formed the band in 1977, I was two years old !!!! Hard to imagine. I was really impressed by Belfast Cild that opened up with two Violins and a Contrabass played by “Time For Three”. Very impressive.

On a photographers note: As you would expect by a stage this size, the light was quite good. Very harsh at certain point in time but definitely useable. It was the first time I’ve used the Fuji X-T2 with a 16-55 F2.8 lens attached to it. First impressions : very impressive. I will make a separate post with comments on my likes and dislikes. I will have to use it some more to be certain of my assertions but so far …. wow.
