A friend of mine is a huge Ben Harper fan. Since I know his musical taste is quite similar to mine and I didn’t know Mr Harper’s music I was pleasantly surprised to see the assignment in my mailbox. The concert was great, he seems to be a man with respect for his fans. In fact the whole crew on stage was very good.

Photographers note: The light was good and varied, the one challenge was to get a series of images that had a different feel to them as Mr Harper didn’t move too much. One thing though in case Mr Harper or his Management happen to read this: Why can we photographers not use at least one of our own pictures in our portfolios ? I don’t get that ….
